Armadale Society of Artists

Marion has been a member since 1997 and has had an interest in art for most of her life. She won first prize for a watercolour at the "Merredin Art Societies" Annual Show, which was held in conjunction with "The Merredin Agricultural Show" each year in Western Australia.

At age 16 years. Marion gained the "O" Level Certificate from Manchester University, United Kingdom, in "Art and Architecture". And the "Rochdale Girl's Grammarschool" Art and Architecture prize for that year of "O" Level studies.

While living in Merredin, Western Australia, she studied with T.A.F.E. for the certificate in "Art & Design", of which she only completed 9 of the 12 required modules. Since then, Marion has studied through purchased texts, and is still learning.
